This qualification provides skills that will empower you to support the effective functioning of a business across industries. Throughout the course, you’ll practice how to liaise with different stakeholders, prepare documents, spreadsheets and presentations, maintain office resources and financial records, and support operational plans. You’ll fine-tune your ability to problem solve, manage deadlines and timeframes, collaborate with other team members, and communicate effectively.
