  • You will be taking part in role plays in unit assessments and will need to record and upload these.

    This qualification covers performance management processes, human resource functions, recruitment, selection, induction, workplace relations, workplace safety and employee and industrial relations procedures. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 6 core units and 6 elective units.
