Entry Recommendations
We recommend that you complete the Certificate IV Leadership and Management or a relevant Certificate IV qualification within your industry before starting this course.

Attendance Requirements (subject to change)
This course is online. You will attend classes in the Virtual classroom, class days and times will be given to you at registration.

Industry Conditions and Skills
In this course you will be using a simulated business to access workplace documentation and resources. The textbook, Leadership and Management, Theory and Practice, by Kris Cole is recommended and available from the library in hard copy and as e-book. You will taking part in role plays in your unit assessments and will need to record and upload these. You will need a webcam and software to do this.
