Ways you can pay

We offer a range of different ways you can pay your fees. You can pay your fees:

  • through a payment plan
  • through a Commonwealth Government loan
  • upfront.

You can also have a third party (like your employer) pay your fees. 

You’ll need to pay your fees within 7 days. When you enrol into your units, we’ll generate an invoice and email it to you within 24 hours. Please ensure you keep all invoices, payments, and receipt details.

Standard Payment Plan

We understand that not everyone can pay their fees upfront. If you’re studying an award course and meet our eligibility criteria, you can pay your fees through a standard payment plan,

Instalments are paid through a direct debit from your bank account or Centrepay. Centrepay can only be used by students receiving payment from Centrelink.

Commonwealth Government Student Loans

Commonwealth Government loans may be available to eligible students studying a

  • Diploma
  • Advanced Diploma
  • Associate degree
  • Bachelor degree
  • Graduate Certificate
  • Graduate Diploma.

These loan programs allow you to defer part of, or all of your fees to a loan.

Upfront payment options

Credit Card (online)

TAFE SA accepts VISA and Mastercard for online payment of course fees. Once you have enrolled, you can pay your fees online using myTAFESA. Select ‘make payment’ in the fees section to pay using your card. 

BPay

TAFE SA accepts payment via BPay. We’ll email your invoice to you within 24 hours of your enrolment Contact your bank for help using BPay. 

Australia Post

You can pay your fees at any Australia Post outlet throughout Australia. We’ll email your invoice to you within 24 hours of your enrolment.

Australia Post outlets accept the following forms of payment: 

  • cash
  • credit card
  • cheque
  • EFTPOS
