Lecturer-led training: Count on expert educators, regardless of face-to-face or online delivery, group-based or individual learning, award or short courses.

Microsoft Certification Courses

Microsoft courses are offered in partnership with Prodigy Learning.
Microsoft Certification Exams can be booked through TAFE SA.

If students have completed the Microsoft Office Specialist Associate certification, then they will need to complete only the two additional Expert course and the exams.

We can work with your organisation to understand your current and future ICT needs and, if needed, modify our existing courses or develop a new ICT training program to ensure value. That includes a choice of different course levels ­– from fully accredited qualifications through to non-accredited training and specific skill-sets.

Case Study: Nyrstar Port Pirie Ltdnyrstar-logo

TAFE SA has a successful relationship with Nystar, a global multi-metals business with a processing smelter located at Port Pirie.

To provide customised training solutions for staff over a number of years, TAFE SA conducted Training Needs Analysis to review the learning and development needs of staff based in the Iron Triangle. 

As a result of training, participants have improved individual capacity while Nyrstar has observed improved productivity, workplace practices and team culture.

Delivery:  November 2019, 2 x full-day workshops delivered at TAFE SA Port Pirie.

Content:  Intermediate and Advanced Microsoft Excel using Office 356, with all learning resources and materials provided and the option for staff to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Staff were encouraged to raise specific queries and troubleshooting requests relating to their role to further develop their ICT skills and knowledge.

Participants:  15 employees.
