Testimonial: Why TAFE SA?

Darren Quinn: Training and Development Manager

  • It’s a holistic approach. It starts from recruitment where CMI Toyota engages with TAFE SA to help with the selection of apprentices. TAFE SA then provides additional support throughout the program with assistance from a dedicated TAFE SA Apprentice Liaison Officer.
  • The TAFE SA lecturing staff provide invaluable and specific feedback for each apprentice, to allow us to support the apprentice back at work.

The benefits

The specialised Apprentices Program ensures CMI Toyota receives a highly skilled and a robust workforce, one that can readily adapt to the rapid advancements in automotive technology. This equates to efficient maintenance of vehicles and fixing customer concerns right, first time, every time.
