Paying your invoice online

The “Pay Invoice Now” webpage enables anybody to pay a students’ invoice online by credit card without logging into Self Service.

To pay an invoice, you will need to have an Invoice Number and the student's name.

To pay an invoice, follow the steps below.

Go to Self Service.

  1. From Self Service, select the Pay Invoice Now link.

  2. Enter the First NameLast Name and Invoice Number you wish to pay. The Invoice number must be prefixed with a capital S.

  3. Click the Submit Button. The Invoice Balance and Overall Account Balance will be displayed. The Payment Amount will automatically default to the Overall Account Balance.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to pay in the Payment Amount Field. Click the Submit button.
  5. Payment screen will appear, verify the details are correct, then select your payment type Eg. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX

  6. Enter Credit Card Details – Card Number, Expiry Date and CVN. Click the Proceed button.

The Credit Card Payment will be processed.

If you wish to make another payment for a separate student or invoice, click the Home link otherwise Close the web page.

It is recommended that you print your receipt and keep a copy for your records.
