Welcome to the Tea Tree Gully Childcare Centre

The Tea Tree Gully Childcare Centre is located in Modbury right next door to the Modbury Interchange, Tea Tree Plaza and down the road from the Modbury Hospital, easily accessed via public transport.

Open Monday to Friday, from 7am to 6pm, we are passionate about providing long day care services for children from six weeks through to school age.

Loose Parts Play

As part of the Kindy program at Tea Tree Gully Campus Childcare Centre, children have been involved in loose parts play. Loose parts play is a type of play that supports invention, divergent thinking, problem solving and offers a sense of wonder to children. They are materials that can be moved, carried, combined, redesigned, lined up, and taken apart and put back together in multiple ways. Children use these items in various play scenarios, sometimes solely with these items and other times incorporating these items as part of something else.

Our qualified, experienced and caring staff provide individual care and attention. This is led by a Curriculum Coordinator who offers a wealth of experience in early childhood development.
