Digital Certificates – How to update your certificate preference

Graduating students will receive a digital certificate from the end of term 1, 2024. If you would like to change your preference and receive a hardcopy version in the post, follow the steps below prior to graduating.

• Your preference (digital or hardcopy) that appears in MyTAFE SA at the time of graduating is how your certificate will be issued. Changes to your certificate preference after you’ve been issued will incur a $50 fee.
• Digital certificates will be emailed to your TAFE SA student email address.
• Hardcopy certificates will be posted to the address in MyTAFE SA.

Login to MyTAFE SA Self Service

• Under personal information you’ll see a new tile
• Select Certificate preference
  
• Update preference to Digital or Hardcopy
  
• Click Submit
