Join us for an unforgettable vegan cooking class with Chef Courtney Vibert, TAFE SA lecturer.

You will learn to create mouthwatering dishes that are both healthy and indulgent. Our menu features a roast pumpkin dip paired with nigella flatbread and crispy coconut "bacon," a hearty southern fried seitan served with creamy mac and cheese, and chocolate mousse topped with delicate tuiles and seasonal berries. Whether you enjoy vegan food or just curious about plant-based cooking, this class offers something for everyone. Come and discover the joy of vegan cuisine with us!

  • Participants need to wear Non Slip shoes, full length pants. Participants to bring along own apron and containers to take food home. Hair nets will be provided.

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
