This course measures competency in creating and managing professional documents for a variety of specialized purposes and situations. Examples of expert-level documents include a business plan, a research paper, a book, a specialized brochure, and a mass mailing.

This course is intended for people who want to learn how to use Word at an expert level, become a master user of Word, take the creation of documents and their usability to the next level.
