This is a full time course and you will spend a significant amount of time in self directed study and activities off campus.

Industry Conditions and Skills
It is important that you understand and have the following:

  • Basic knowledge of the different roles within the film and television industry
  • Ability to work in a team crewing for film and television shoots using good communication, social, collaboration and teamwork skills
  • A good level of physical fitness for handling required equipment and meeting the expectations required by industry in job roles
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Initiative regarding planning, organising and meeting needs of study
  • Problem resolution skills
  • Interest in working with people to achieve individual as well as team orientated goals
