Description

Specifically designed for women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, the multicultural women’s leadership program is for those who aspire to be future leaders in their workplaces and community spheres.

If you are committed to your own personal and professional development, and you want to strengthen leadership skills to apply in work or your community, then this course is for you!
Through this FREE*, 2-year, part time course, you’ll receive training that will help with:
> building capacity for effective leadership and decision-making
> communicating and interacting in teams developing and
delivering presentations
> participating effectively in settings such as meetings/
committees/boards
> identifying a career plan
> generating networking contacts
> raising awareness of gender issues in society, locally
and globally
> advocating for yourself and others within your community.
