Australian education providers are bound by a set of laws that enable overseas students to have a safe, enjoyable and rewarding experience while in Australia. These laws are known as the ESOS framework and they include the Education Services for Overseas (ESOS) Act 2000 and the National Code. The laws promote quality education and provide consumer protection for overseas students.
TAFE SA is committed to establishing appropriate policies and procedures for the provision of services to overseas students that meet the legislative requirements under the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) framework. See also ESOS Legislative Framework.
As an international student, you should be aware of the policies and guidelines in place concerning both your entry as a student into Australia, and your enrolment and study at TAFE SA.
